ReliCAD is developed in ASP.NET environment. It is a multilayer application where Data Access Layer is maintained by NHibernate. The client side of the application is developed by Javascript with help of extjs library and server side codes are in C# and NET. ReliCAD DSE has a rich GUI built with Adobe Flex which makes it a very handy tool for healthcare professionals.
 

Users will be able to define their own templates for DNA or RNA sequence of a gene. Ligation is supported at any part of a sequence. There is also a Web Service client implemented to order sequences as per user requirement.

The BioCAD DSE (DNA Sequence Editor) application is fundamentally a sequence annotation editor. In this application users can manage a private collection of sequences by creating them manually.
 
Sequences can also be loaded from files and organized in folders within the users My Sequences folder. A handful of general and powerful operations let users edit and annotate sequences.
