ExtractMoJo provides a simple to use user interface to design coffee brewing Recipes by:

- Brew Water Volume (i.e., traditional batch size)
- Desired Coffee Yield (i.e., finished coffee yield)
- Fixed Coffee Weight (i.e., single-serve or portion packs)

Simply enter the desired mode, batch and dose sizes, and ExtractMoJo calculates proper portions for selected strength. Then measure your results accurately using our Coffee and
Espresso Refractometers.
ExtractMoJo will then:

- Plot the brew formula on control chart with design target
- Plot the measured result, allowing users to quickly correct the brewing protocol to obtain and maintain Gold Cup standards.
