Munshiji is a pure general ledger product with a simple data structure, allowing
other applications to be written around it. Information from modules such as
Sales, Fixed Assets, Receivables, Payables etc. flows into the Munshiji allowing
real time update of your financial statements. The application itself is used to
generate the remainder of cash and bank vouchers and journal entries, that are
not catered to from the modules. Thus, it potentially allows a company to use
Munshiji as the general ledger application along with modules from other
software companies. All they have to do is to send data to Munshiji in its required
format.
Munshiji is also upgradeable. At the top end it offers a multi-user, multi-company,
multi-branch, multi-currency system, but entry level systems can be configured
for five users, single company, single branch, and single currency. Upgrading is a
simple procedure.
