The desk-top interface is developed for help-desks receiving queries and complaints through phone calls. The desk-top interface allows an unlimited number of help-desk representatives to keep track
of their received queries and conduct follow-ups. The team-leaders/managers can view status of complainst and the action taken on those complaints.
The system also generates very useful reports allowing company and managers to view status of queries and reduce the turn-around time.
