PDADNC DNC Software

Registering PDADNC is quick and easy and does NOT require an Internet connection. However, you will need your Software Code (an example code is shown below). Once you have your Software Code, either phone us at (800) 838-3479 or use our online Automated Registration Service. For online orders, enter the Software Code into the order form when prompted. A Registration Code and your order details will be emailed to you immediately following credit card processing. Once you have your Registration Code, enter it and tap [Register]. The entire process takes only a few minutes.

PDADNC makes getting started easy. You can download the application and run it in "Trial Mode" for as long as you like. In "Trial Mode" you can send small files and receive files from any control although they are not stored to the Pocket PC unless the application is registered. It is easy to see and verify the file as it is received, since the file is displayed in the Data Link indicator.

PDADNC makes it easy to name files for sending or receiving. Tap [Select] to browse your folders and then tap the file name you want. The file name will be placed into the CNC File control (O2000.TXT is selected below). You can modify or enter any name you like using the stylus and keyboard. Once the file is specified, tap [Send] and the file will be written to the selected machine control. Tap [Rec.] to receive the file from the control.

PDADNC can be configured to support an unlimited number of different controls. Tap [Setup] to add, manage, and configure your own list of CNC machines. It supports standard ASCII, ISO, and EIA character sets and it will "drip feed" most CNC machines.

PDADNC obviously offers extreme mobility; yet, it also has the power to communicate with the CNC machine tools in your shop. You can add any number of CNC machines to the Machine Control List. Then simply select the machine control you want to communicate with (FAGOR is shown being selected below) and PDADNC is ready to send and receive CNC files with that machine.

PDADNC is DNC Software that will run on a Pocket PC with WIN Mobile 2003 or higher. This software provides extreme mobility and is used to upload and download CNC programs with CNC machine tools. It is easy to configure and supports all standard character sets (ASCII, ISO, and EIA). It will also drip feed most CNC machines. It's the perfect shop application that fits in your pocket!
