Main features of Millennium III
Creation. The Millennium III work modes (Draw shapes, Manual, Automatic, Column, Fill, Satin, Background, Motifs on a tracing, Motifs in an Area, Text, True Type
Text, ...) define the most complete set of tools for digitizing available on the market today. Drawing tools that are very easy to use, above all if used with the numerous help functions such as
hooking to points or to the grid.
Automation. Numerous automatic tools to simplify and speed up your work. Some Examples? Outline for automatically tracing the outline of images, Autopunch for automatic conversion
of images into embroideries, Photo Embroidery for automatic transformation of photographs into embroideries, @Embroidery for publication of embroideries on Web pages, Archive for the creation of
paper catalogs, Stitch Outline for determining the outlines of any embroidery, Name Drop to repeat the same embroidery an infinite number of times but changing the name or text, automatic creation

Images. Importation of the main graphic formats with icon preview of the files. Importation of images directly from the scanner or digital camera. Tools for processing and
optimizing images, for automatically tracing outlines (Outline tool), for automatically transforming images and photographs into embroideries.
Job Archive. A powerful archive with icon preview of the individual embroideries memorized, management of local and remote databases, classification by category, key word searches,
creation of paper catalogs, creation of multimedia catalogs, creation of Web pages.
Styles. Default styles to assist the less expert users and to speed up the work of professionals. Creation and memorization of customized styles because each puncher has his or her
own style and because it is necessary to set different characteristic parameters for each type of fabric and for each type of thread (type of underlay, stitch density, pull compensation, etc.).
Work modes. Default work modes that allow anyone to be productive immediately. Creation and memorization of customized work modes (Manual, Automatic, Column, Fill, Satin,
Background, Motifs on a tracing, Motifs in an Area).
Threads. Thread archive of the best brands available on the market with the relative manufacturers code and Pantone. Possibility of comparing the different brands and determining
which are equivalent. Definition of thread tables and assignation of the most suitable punching parameters for each one.
Fabrics. Definition of the fabric tables and assignation of the most suitable punching parameters for each one.
Simulation. Displaying the embroidery using Realistic Effect will allow you to see immediately how the finished embroidery will appear and the Draw Slowly tool will allow you to
simulate on the monitor the activity of the embroidery machine.
Optimization. A very handy tree view allows the individual embroidery entities to be edited immediately simply by clicking on them or you may set the order in which they will be
worked simply by dragging and dropping them. A practical search tool allows you to quickly find the work modes, the types of stitching, effects, compensations...). An automatic tool allows you to
automatically delete all those stitches that could create problems for your embroidery machine.
Connection. Once the work has been completed you may transfer the embroidery to the Embroidery machine very rapidly, using one of the many options available. Support of the EMBO
interface for the creation of networks with several embroidery machines.
Edit. Three selection levels (simple, extended and stitches) will allow you the same number of actions. Furthermore, block editing for objects, partial editing to modify shapes or
punching parameters and editing of embroidery stitches for finishing touches and to have total control of your work.
Effects. Give a touch of class to your work using the numerous effects available. Create customized backgrounds using the special editor. Use the special functions such as
Sequins.
Importing/Exporting. Files, Diskettes, Embroidery machines and Tape punchers. Management of the main file and machine formats (Barudan, Enhanched Meta Files, Happy, HPGL, Juki, Melco, Millennium,
Mitsubishi, Pfaff, Prowin, SWF, Tajima, Toyota, Wilcom, Windows Meta Files...). Support of the main tape readers/punchers (Facit, Ghielmetti, GNT...).
Promotion. Automatic tools for promoting your work: creation of paper catalogs, multimedia catalogs on CD-Rom, creation of Web pages.
Productivity. A complete collection of files (embroideries, backgrounds, motifs, clipart, photographs, textile images, shields, metafiles, hpgl, embroidery machine frame shapes,
etc.) that can be worked with immediately, as examples or to practice, especially if you are a beginner.
Peripherals. Very simple configuration of any input or output device.
Customization. Selection of the dialog language (Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese currently available), configuration of the toolbars, customization of the work area, different ways
of accessing the same options (from traditional menus, using keyboard shortcuts, using toolbars, from shortcut menus). Units of measure in millimeters or in inches. On-line manual available in
different languages.
Display. A series of tools to allow you to work better: Zoom, Aerial View, Grid, Show/hide objects (sewn stitches, drawings, images, switching between entities...), different
cursors and pointers for each tool, rulers, measurement tools, scale ratios, video correction ratios...
Information. Accurate report on the work carried out/imported with the data indispensable to your business such as thread consumption, number of stitches, functions used, list of
operations, thread list, etc.
Organization. Automatic creation of work sheets for each embroidery to be consigned to the purchaser and to the production workers. Interaction with ProShop, the management
software for organizing and controlling the production side of any embroidery business.
