Fabric Fault Logging Software

The fault log can be viewed as a graphic or as a statistical spreadsheet. Ideal for creating management reports or informing suppliers of their own quality control.

As the fabric moves through the inspection surface, the operator logs any faults, with the software logging the fault type and location on the fabric piece.

Using a graphics tablet and touch screen the operator selects the fault type and point at which the fault occurs on the material. The material width is represented across the graphics tablet.
