1. Manager:
Description:
An FTP server is required to transfer media between the Manager and Player(s). Any standard FTP application or hosted service can be used for this purpose.
The minimum requirement for a multimedia network is one (1) Manager license and one
(1) Player license. The Manager license includes the Playlist, Overlay, Server, Scheduling and
Monitoring modules; these run as a single application on a stand-alone PC. The Player application runs on a separate PC at the screen-end of the network.
For each uniquely addressable Player added to the network, an additional Player license is required. If the screen output from a Player is split to multiple destinations using a video distribution
amplifier or similar, no additional licenses are required for those screens.
