Wharehousing & branch control Multiple warehouse locations are supported both internal and external to the business. Remote sales points can function online through a broad connection or function independently and synchronise periodically when connectivity permits.

Business Intelligence Extensive business intelligence reports highlight sales trends, profitability of lines, customers, suppliers, business units and sales staff.

Financial Accounting The software is supplied with a full blown financial accounting system that accommodates debtors, creditors, financial statements, multiple bank accounts and inventory in any number of currencies.

Supply chain management The software seamlessly tracks stones on appro from suppliers, to customers and in internal locations. Automated re-order reports and both customer and supplier back order reports track inventory through all stages of the business. Partners and customers can be granted access to inventory for collaboration, subject to strict security controls.

Inventory valuation and currency tracking Parcels and loose stones may be tracked in both a US $ and a financial base currency of choice and a full audit trail of transactions and exchange rates for every gemstone transaction is maintained by the software. Stock valuation reports for supplier appro goods, customer appro goods and owned goods are available both in US $ and the financial accounting currency. Inventory can be valued either in terms of balance sheet financial currency value or current market value in US $.

Loose stones & parcels Both parcels and loose stones are catered for and specialised user interface screens have been implemented to cater for these two main categories of diamond and gemstone inventory. Parcels may be mixed in and out of stock while the financial accounting module tracks the parcel cost both in the native accounting currency and US $.

Diamond & Gemstone RAP related pricing matrix The software automates the maintenance of large ranges of diamond prices through a central diamond price matrix that controls relationships of diamonds and gemstones to RAP. All RAP based prices can be updated directly from RAP.

Sales optimisation & CRM The super search module enables sales staff, internal users, customers and remote partners to access diamond stock fulfilling their exact requirements instantly. Detailed filters such as grading, branding, overtones, table dimensions and colour, clarity, cut and carat weight are available in a sophisticated yet user friendly set of filters.

Diamond & Gemstone consignment goods The software seamlessly tracks stones on appro from suppliers, to customers and in internal locations. Automatic purchasing of supplier consignment goods can be implemented when non owned stock is sold.
