The MyKad-based Registration System or you can call it as mykad software application is a reliable and efficient system that can read data from MyKad (also known as Government Multi-Purpose Card) for registration purposes.  By inserting the MyKad into a special reader, the user's card details are retrieved and displayed on the screen.

extracted using an MyKad Reader. This information can be used for
automated registration process, at the same time for fingerprint
authentication.
