Reliability and Support

We use dedicated servers located at large data centers in the US with 24x7 monitoring and backup generators. Each customer is assigned (via MX records) to at least two servers at different data centers, in different parts of the country. Our servers "spool" (Store and Forward) your e-mail in case your mail server is down for maintenance, due to a fiber cut or anything else. Our service therefore greatly increases your email reliability.

SMART POWERBAR

Smart Powerbar (SPB) is designed and developed purpose for central management for all the equipment which plugged into power socket via Element management system. It integrated with the intelligent platform OS which with capabilities for configuration. With this SPB, we will able remote control the equipment in term of power off, power on and reboot in order to save human resources for certain onsite services. SPB provides power management up to 5 independent sockets.

SpammerSpy is managed through a simple Web-based interface and may be accessed remotely and locally. Sessions may be encrypted for extra security. A full range of tools is available to monitor the system and troubleshoot mail delivery issues. Comprehensive logs records all mail activity.

Accessible Control Panel

SpammerSpy gives you a comprehensive Control Panel from which you can change filtering and spam review options, access the custom Whitelist and Blacklist, view statistics and much more.

The custom Blacklist can be used to e.g., block someone who is harassing your employees. The "Advance Filtering" can handle any special needs. Adding your product names to content white-list ensure that sales prospects never get blocked.

Whitelists and Blacklists

While our service requires no 'tuning' or 'learning', you can ensure that important clients and contact are never blocked by adding them to your domain-specific Whitelist.

The optional Country-Of-Origin and Realtime-Blacklists (RBLs) filter levels are useful for catching brand new spam campaigns before our tools and staffs add their URLs and/or Phrases to our databases. Some customers choose to review spam blocked by these two levels.

As shown below, these first three levels of filtering catch nearly all the spam blocked by our service. They are so unlikely to block a legitimate email (less than 1 in 100,000), that few customers review the spam blocked by these levels.

The "Phrase Filter" looks for distinctive phrases (entire sentences) used in recent spam. For example, while our service won't even block an email that mentions "Viagra", the Phrase Filter will block "Cheapest Viagra on the Net". These phrases are carefully hand-selected by our staff to ensure that they would not occur in a legitimate email.

The first level called "URL/Phone #" filtering is the heart of our service. It is a database of all the "Click me" links (URLs) and "Call me" phone numbers found in recent spam messages. It is updated every 10 minutes, and receives about 1000 new entries every day.
