This module generates cross-functional reports from the various modules in the application ?Purchase, Stores, Manufacturing, Warehouse.

A comprehensive Chart of Accounts defines the interface for the modular accounting effects to the financial accounting module. The Chart of Accounts provides a transaction level analysis to Divisions (LOB) Responsibility Center (RC), Cost Center (CC) and Analysis Code (AC). All accounts are identified to one or more of these classifications.

Corporate financial reports ?Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow ?are defined and provide a hierarchical drill down to the Chart of Accounts ?this facilitates the generation of these corporate reports at any time on the fly.

Features provide a distributed accounting environment with automated sub-system control account postings. Month close is initiated at document level ?multiple months can be kept open across the system, but only two months for each document.

All Accounts Receivable transactions are seamlessly integrated with the S&D module and Warehouse Management modules. Where customer collections are managed through the cash management schemes of banks, an automated bank reconciliation statement is generated.

Accounts payable transactions are seamlessly integrated with Purchase Management and Stores Management modules. Vendors?bill accounting is automated by cross-linking the Purchase Order and the Receiving document to post Accounting and Taxation entries. Feature for tax deductions at source and service tax deductions / payments are provided. Such payables are approved for payment on due dates, funds allocated for payment and payments released. The Vendor Accounts Payable transactions are thus triggered by events and are fully automated.

Internal expenditure transactions are workflow enabled. Expenditures are logged in by the user, approved by superior and vouchered for payments to Accounts. Accounts release internal expenditure payments on due dates.

Provisional Journals (Reversible Journals), Recurring Journals and System generated Journals enable ease and accuracy in work.

With such a seamless integration of various modules the accounting functions becomes more qualitative ?there is more review and analysis in lieu of transactions entry.
