CPS (Community Provisioning System)

CPS works as the provisioning node for a number of services which manage the subscriptions of customers in communities to have value added offerings and discount tariffs via community charging. Community charging is a feature of the charging systems which enables discounts for chargeable events between two members of a community and it can be used for all services (voice, SMS, MMS, GPRS, etc.) and for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers. CPS manages the requests related to the community provisioning by orchestrating the requests sent to several systems installed in the operators like EMA (Ericsson Multi Activation), LDAP and charging systems used for prepaid and postpaid subscribers. The system also contains components for data migration and consistency validation. CPS was implemented by KKTCell in 2007 and Azercell in 2008.

SPT (Subscriber Provisioning Tool)

SPT functions as a gateway to EMA (Ericsson Multi Activation) and provides capabilities like bulk command feeds, scheduling and template based command creation among others. EMA is the central link between the business support system layer and the technology plane for provisioning voice centric as well as service beyond voice portfolios. The product gives operators a competitive edge by enabling rapid launch and activation of new end-user services regardless of technology or vendors. SPT enhances EMA by providing a facade layer where the access to EMA is easier, more automated and secure as well as there is less dependency between the client systems and the internal components. SPT was implemented in Avea in 2008.

IMTS (Intelligent Mobile Ticketing System)

IMTS is an ongoing project which was a proposal submitted by Sesam and Toptix at the beginning of 2008 to EUREKA. EUREKA is a pan-European network for market-oriented, industrial R&D. It was accepted by EUREKA to be funded as an international R&D project in June 2008. Its major goal is to create an application infrastructure which will be developed by Sesam and to integrate it to the Intelligent Mobile Ticketing System of Toptix to utilize the mobil phones as another channel for their customers to buy and collect tickets. Toptix is a software company in Israel which delivered ticketing systems to more than 500 venues and ticketing sites in 15 countries since 2000. The system will be ready for the market in the third quarter of 2009.
