Document Assembly
TRIM Context 6's Document Assembly module provides advanced integration with Microsoft Word, to a degree that allows ECM control data to be used directly in the authoring of documents. Complex documents, such as contracts and legal documents can be assembled automatically from standard clauses stored in the ECM repository. Sophisticated metadata substitution allows data such as contract parties' details to be automatically populated at document creation time, regardless of the combination of clauses.

TRIM Context Reporting
TRIM Context 6 includes a complete reporting module that allows report layouts to be configured in a simple drag and drop interface. Reports can be printed for all objects managed in the ECM system, as well as for storage management, workflows statistics and usage statistics.

E-mail Management
E-mails can be captured directly from within the Outlook, Lotus Notes Mail and GroupWise clients. To enable users to catalog e-mails with a minimum of effort it is possible to link e-mail folders to folders in TRIM Context 6, which then allows simple drag and drop e-mail capture.
