These tools can be applied to any existing industry standard customer file structures or databases.

The Data Schema Translator, uses the host database design (DASDL/Schema etc) provided by the customer to generate equivalent relational schema for the target SQL database. The resulting database will contain structures, indexes, and data elements equivalent to the original host database.

Customer's files and databases will be converted on an "as is" basis at the time of application conversion to the customer's initial target test environment. The database design will be "frozen" at the inception of the conversion, and it is recommended that they do not change during the course of the conversion effort. The translator will not exclude any structures.

The Data Extractor and Data Loader are used to migrate data from a customer's files and databases into the target environment database for the customer's environment.

Progeni's ThreeRs testing product can be used to verify the data transfer by comparison of equivalent data.
