Cancer Cell Detection System software

This system has been developed for detecting whether the cells observed under a microscope is cancerous in nature. Prior to the system installation at the hospital the Doctors used to examine the patient under the microscope and find out whether there was any cancerous growth.

The job required lots of experience and skill. Also it was strenous for the Doctor's eyes. Now the system Captures the magnified image of the slide and shows it on the screen. The Doctor has to just identify the cell as well as the nucleus.

The software then automatically identifies the cell area and the nucleus area and the ratio. It also calculates all the other required parameters, which help the doctor to diagnose the case for Cancer Detection
