Vortex has joined hands with Olive to offer a cost-effective ATM Solution to banks, with Vortex Gramateller and Lobbyteller ATMs and Olive ATM Switch. Vortex also provides front-end support for Olive ATM Switch to enable a single customer interface & support for the entire solution.

Olive ATM Switch connects Vortex ATMs to the Core Banking Software or Branch Banking/ Total Branch Automation Software. It communicates securely with the ATM on the one side for validating PIN as well as carrying user and admin transaction information and connects to the bank software on the other side to complete user banking transactions.

Olive ATM Switch is available in two options: Mono and Multi; The Olive ATM Switch -Mono option supports one ATM per ATM Switch and is meant for use on bank networks that connect the ATM to the TBA software. In this situation, there is normally no need to support more than one ATM per branch.

The Olive ATM Switch -Multi option supports more than one ATM per ATM Switch and is used on bank networks that connect the ATM to the CBS software. Here, all the ATMs on the network are connected to the single installation of Olive Switch in the central location.
