The XTROR SMS system provides clients with a tool for easy cost effective two-way communication via SMS. Direct message communication to clients' cell phones can now be managed from the desktop computer. The system will enable clients to respond to messages; these messages will be displayed on the users' desktop computer.

The latest data is downloaded to multiple mobile computers that can then be taken to different auctions where the entire auction is captured. Invoices and Cheques are all printed at the auction sites meaning a significant decrease in personnel and overheads. Thereafter the mobile computers are then connected to a network point at the office for all the data to be transferred to a central server. Multiple auctions can also be captured on one mobile computer before exporting the data to the central server.

The application controls all debtors with debit notes, credit notes, contra accounts, interest, payments and client monthly statements.

The application includes integrated security with profiles and individual rights for every user. A history is stored of all additions and amendments to the database with the user responsible for the action.

This application monitors if a later version of your developed solution has been released. This application will monitor across a LAN, WAN or the internet. If the application detects a newer release, the new release will be downloaded with all required components. These components will automatically be installed and registered if required. Now you NEVER have to visit clients again in order to install a new release of software.

QCUpdate

This application monitors services, processes, websites, ports etc. on remote computers over a LAN, WAN and the internet. Users and groups of users are setup to be notified via sms or email when any of the above statuses change. The application can also be setup to start service if it should fail before notifying the users. The application can be installed on a different location to monitor QCWathcer on the first server, and if something should go wrong with it, it will take over its roll.
