Both versions have the ability to export sync files for head office use. However the Open Branch version also has the ability to export csv files from the database hence providing the branch with access to the people count figures.
The Secure Branch version does not allow the exporting of csv files from the database hence prohibiting the branch from accessing the people count figures.

Two versions of branch software are available:
1. Open Branch
2. Secure Branch

For multiple stores, branches or entrances that need to synchronise their data with head office. Branches send sync files to head office to update the head office database.

For single or multiple stores that do not need
to synchronise their data with head office.

PC requirements

iCapture ProgramThe iCapture program is a Windows based application that is supplied with all iCount200 series people counters. It provides a user interface for saving, manipulating and viewing people count records saved on a PC database. Records are downloaded from the counter onto an iButton (specialised memory stick) and then transferred into the PC database.
