Dynamic Web. This is an application that can be used as a 'Content Management System'over the Internet or Intranet. It allows for the non-I.T-literate staff to create browser-based content and then have the content posted for others to view (after going through the standard approval process). Content can be in the form of 'text'or 'image'.

The application caters to a CMS workflow and has various features such as 'preview but do not publish' display,page layout templates, immediate posting of content, reports etc. But what makes it different from the various run-of-the-mill applications is that the entire content is stored in the database (as compared to storing it as an O/S file in the file server). This has two main advantages:

The above only highlights a few basic features But the actual system has a number of other work-flows (such as Sales, Invoicing, Acknowledging returns, Adjusting against loan-stock etc) and cross-checks implemented

And on the sales-tracking side, the system will allow for the monitoring of sales done for each product. It allows for monitoring by product category, sales staff, date period, customer and so on. Various management reports will give you a birds-eye veiw of the company performance (from different angles).

Furthermore the system will also allow the stockist to key in details of all their suppliers and the product details. Thereafter the stockist can generate 'Purchase Orders' to them. As the supplies are received and acknowledged, the system will adjust the stock accordingly.

It will allow the stockist to view all the requests that have been keyed in and then proceed to fulfill them accordingly. Depending on the action taken by the stockist, the system will automatically adjust the relevant stock quantities.

It allows the end-users (either company-staff or your customers - depending on whom you designate as end-users) to key in their item-requests directly into the system.
