The customer data to be included for the quotation is captured during the quotation creation or selected from an existing customer data table or extracted from a diary entry in the Scheduler.

| Scheduler | The Scheduler is in essence a diary. But this is no ordinary diary. The information captured here remains in the customer database for use during quotations, invoicing or just general information look-ups. The Scheduler manages the time of multiple divisions/employees/franchisees/sales reps, which ever applies to you. |
| Customer Data Management / (CRM) | The Customer database is where all relevant customer and contact information is stored and managed. All documents available to the user can be created directly from this database saving the need to recapture. The database is fully searchable on various customer details to quickly find the information required. |
| Debtors | The Debtors system is automatically updated with Debit and Credit information related to your clients, at the points in your business process that you define. This easily shows you who has made payments, and any outstanding monies. |
| Timesheets | Timesheets can be linked with scheduled meetings, allowing you to correctly invoice billable time to your clients. |
| Product Price Control | This enables you to load all the products and services that you supply, and specify the associated prices. In addition you can define any standard descriptions that can be associated with these products. |
| Contract Management | The Contact Management System allows you to define contact types, standard clauses/sub clauses that you can then select to be incorporated into a contract you wish to create. The system then manages the different iterations of the contract allowing you to fully track what changes have been made and when. |

The Quotation Generator utilizes a user defined list of products and services with their associated prices as set up in Product Price Control. During set-up of these tables, the user can
define whether these prices can be manually adjusted during the creation of a quotation or not, should you wish to have this flexibility or want to allow your divisions/franchisees this
ability.
The user will then select the appropriate product from the list, which will automatically pre- fill with the relevant price, and then select a description to go with the product. Should the user wish to have a different description, they are able to manually add what they need. The Process Control suite has been developed in such a dynamic fashion that you can tailor the sequence of event flows in your business process to specifically suit the way you do business. Your business is now driven by you with Upside Process Control providing the oversight you need. Many facets of doing business are taken into account, including managing meetings, generating and distributing quotations, invoicing, visibility into your outstanding debtors etc. Data capturing is kept to a minimum with no duplication.
