In 2008 "Smart-Tech" LTD developed the SSManager system. It allowes to  work with ATMs remotely, easily get the video or text information from them, update or change any program on ATMs.

The system of video cameras for ATMs

The system of video cameras that has been developed by "Smart - Tech" now are in use in RA, Kazakhstan and Georgia on the NCR ATMs.

In 2007 "Smart-Tech" LTD developed "Tandem Payments" processing center and payment system. It allowes the residents of RA to realize utility or bank service payments via cash payment terminals.

In 2004 "Smart-Tech" Ltd developed and installed "E-commerce" system in ArCa payment system with the funds from UNDP, which enables companies and residents of Armenia to sell products and services via online merchants.

"Smart-Tech" Ltd was recognized the winner in the competition held by UNDP Armenia for the development and introduction of the online payment system via internet within the framework of ArCa payment system in RA. As a result, ArCa cardholders obtained an opportunity to make utility payments through ArCa internet portal. This kind of systems had been developed for Ministry of Finance and Economic and for Ministry of Justice of RA.

In 2006 "E-Card Banking System" has been developed with "L-Soft" and "ArmSoft" companies based on formats of "Operation Day" system and "Armenian Card" payment system.

The program allows customers to make card-to-card transfers, utility payments, credit repayment and etc. via ATMs. In contrast to the transactions made by internet portal, identification of the customer in similar transactions made by "Web extension" system is done by entering his/her pin code.
