Since 2002 SimArch has been designing and delivering training interventions for ALCO members as well as for personnel in banks working in the Asset & Liability Management Department (ALM) supporting the ALCO. Through a process of continuing improvement and enhancement, SimArchs GuardB@nk ALM Simulator has developed into a very useful ALM tool that comes close to reality. The simulator depicts a full-services bank operating within a competitive environment.

The following simulations are currently available for use in training programmes. The simulation programs can be used on their own or as part of a specific training programme, combined with concepts. Training sessions can be on a group basis as well as on an individual basis. Following hereunder are detailed descriptions of each simulation program.
