This software enables the user to maintain details of the services done on every vehicle serviced by the center and keep a record of all the previous services too. A database of customers can also be maintained for future reference. Firewalls can also be set to restrict user level access to certain parts of the package. Thereby the security features incorporated provide a secure environment preserving the integrity of the entered data. Details of even the tools borrowed by a person and return can also be maintained. So this is a complete solution for the service center, capable of generating a wide range of MIS reports, which help the company to minimize costs and improve their functioning.

This software is developed completely using Oracle technology and the Implementation is in a Client / Server architecture. This software uses Windows NT 4.0 and Oracle 8.0 database for SERVER and D2K as the front end where the client is a Windows 95/98/2000 based system or a Windows NT 4.0 workstation.
