The system enables automatic alerts delivery on expired and to-expire action plans scaling up based on configurable parameters. It also allows the users to configure their preferences for system
events notification.
The alerts delivery frequency is easily configurable. At aesthetic level, it is possible to define a custom HTML template for outgoing mail.
Audit Reports and Action Plans may have "N" working papers attached (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, images, etc.). In addition, the documents can be downloaded, edited and deleted from the system at all times.
The Action Plans are commitments assumed by the responsible of the audited units to improve the internal control system of the Company grouped into Audit Reports. Users will be able to obtain information on an action plan, Progress Reports, Risk Accepting, request for extensions on the due date or request for Reassignment of an Action Plan.
The software allows managing the life cycle of many Audit reports, its related action plans and working papers with its responsible.
