Steel rolling mills Level 2 automation software

Metal Pass develops new and improves existing automation systems for steel rolling mills, especially Level 2 system. We are rolling mill process/product model expert with over 100 empirical models plus FEM/FDM models established throughout the work in the past 20 years. We have developed several Level 2 systems and improved steel plate mill Level 2 models with e.g. plate rolling force prediction error below 5%. Results were also published in 10 papers within 2008-2009, see metalpass.com/consulting). We develop web or Windows based systems for steel rolling mills, and apply our models to improve mill operation. We also have large amount of resources and software programs available in metalpass.com.
