The most modern and sophisticated technology is used as per the device and the software in this regard. The application has multiple usages. The administration can communicate any kind of messages through the computer to any no. of students/guardians/parents through the computer itself.

This report matches the thumb impression of the employee with the registered thumb impression to validate him on exit. It provides a facility to make an exit time recording and the exit time is punched and recorded in the application database.

Mark-out Interface

The mark-in interface records all entries made during the current date for each individual employee separately. This facility provides an easy mark in entry for each employee individually by identifying the employee and validating on the basis of the thumb impression registered.

This report facilitates the information for attendance of each individual employee based on the entry time and exit time. However, the reports can be embedded for weekly, monthly and yearly basis as required.

Individual Attendance Report

This report determines the attendance status report of all employees and displays the information on daily basis about absent, present, leave, half day leave, short leave etc. The number of absentees is later used to deduct the salary of the employees individually. The application automatically deducts the salary etc. The reports for number of absentees and presentees are also calculated to be nominated for attendance award.

This report deals with time in and time out of all employees and calculates the hours worked for each employee respectively. Later the employees are grouped for each project and hours are calculated to determine the cost for all projects separately.

2. Thumb Recognition -  The thumb recognition is a pioneer methodology in identifying and validating the employees in an organization thereby omitting un-authorized entry and exit. It becomes necessary in organizations where employees are in large numbers (more than 3000) to effectively monitor the process of time and attendance by uniquely identifying each individual employee. Thus thumb recognition is a revolutionary method as the thumb impression in every human is unique all over the world.

There will also be a link to retrieve forgotten user passwords that can be found on the basis of email password or secret question/answer asked at the time of registration.

A new user must register by choosing a unique username and other relevant personal information. The server automatically reviews the entry, confirms that the username is unique, and forwards the confirmed request so that the user is notified in real time via a front end message confirmation. .

This would prompt for the username/password and it is for returning customers who have already purchased or registered with the site.

The user registration manages all details including Photo, Employee Information, Birth Details, Date of Joining, Address, Contact No., Previous History, Current Location, Permanent Location etc. and many more. All users are authorized by username and password. We can access the whole information with the help of Thumb impression/Smart Card.
