This application allows customers to choose a personal opening greeting message that will be played as a preface while caller is waiting for answer and before transferring a call to voice mail. To activate the service customers should dial the service number, choose one of the offered personal greetings and confirm the choice. Upon confirmation, the system generates a text confirmation message.

The personal song is a sophisticated version of the song4you application integrated with voice recognition technology. Similar to Song4you, the application sends an original song chosen by the customer to the recipient, but here it incorporates the names of the sender and the recipient into the original song. This application combines technologies provided by CTWARE- as the IVR platform, NSC voice recognition engine and Timber for the music sampling. Upon delivery, the system will generate text confirmation (SMS).

Song4you is a premium application that offers the customer the ability to choose a song out of a predefined play list, and send it to loved ones. After the customer chooses the song, listens to a sample of it and approves the choice, the song will be sent at the time and date chosen by the customer. SMS confirmation message will be sent upon song delivery. If the recipient chooses not to listen to the song upon acceptance, the system will dial again directly to the voice mail to leave him the song as a message.
