By having a dedicated service point for delivery staff, cashiers are free to continue uninterrupted without having to assign orders to drivers. Aside from this, a manual system of tracking who is making which deliveries is not required. When it comes to cashing up drivers, staff can be paid in a number of ways including:
The system tracks the departure and arrival of each driver, logging statistics such as driver efficiency, average time, distance and cost to deliver an average order in each region, and more importantly allowing the operator to know at any point in time exactly where a customer's order is at any point in time.
The Delivery Station allows delivery staff or a dispatch coordinator to issue delivery orders to drivers based on the destination of the orders. Drivers are assigned orders according to factors such as geographic location and the lapsed time for the order.

Stores do not have to be on-line 24 hours per day. An inexpensive modem is all that is required. Our software can be configured to maintain a connection to the Internet for pre-determined periods during the day. For example, you may offer you customers ordering via the Internet between 12:00 and 3:00pm, and again between 5:00 and 9:00pm. When the customer places the order at your Internet site, only those stores that are connected to the Internet at that time appear for selection.

Fax servers queues become clogged and e-mail is unreliable. Our e-commerce solutions ensure that your customers only get confirmation when the order has actually been acknowledged by the staff in the store.
