The system generates various reports like sales report, stock report, invoices report etc. Use of charting is made wherever feasible.
Data entry - Allows you to enter shift data which consists of shift opening and closing cash, opening and closing tank dip readings and totalizer readings, and transactions during the day. Transactions include sale of products as well as receipt of gas in bulk via trucks. Rate changes can be entered at the time of change, and further transactions will utilize the new rates. The data entry screen shows a brief summary of the transactions on the side as you add them.
This software application involves workflow management of the gas station, and tallying and reconciliation of accounts, balances cash and stocks.The software starts with initial details setup, where you can specify the gas stations you are running, products available (Diesel, Petrol, and other variations), a list of underground tanks which store these products, pumping machines, links between the tanks and machines (which machine serves from which tank), totalizers on machines, employees in your station etc.
