- Simplified Inventory - checks the quantity of different types of boxes in our archives.
- Documents held by the client - provides lists specifying name of the clients; documents requested; date of retrieval and which documents have not been returned for filing yet.
- Logical x Physical-Analytical File - cross - references to logical generated files and physical received files, by type of document.
- Logical x Physical-Simplified Filing - cross-references to logical generated files and physical received files, by client.
- Service Request by period - checks the following information:
- Name of user
- Request number
- Type of service requested
- Document requested
- Service status
- Request date
- Service date
- Embedded annotations
- Service Request by User - checks all requests made by a particular user.
- Scanned Volumes - follows up the scanning process for documents sent by the client (if the client opts for document scanning).
- Statistics - graphically checks the position of electronic files received, physical files received, scanned files, and files to be scanned.
