• Electronic Lot Checking Protocol - checks if sent documents have been received.
• Simplified Inventory - checks the quantity of different types of boxes in our archives.
• Documents held by the client - provides lists specifying name of the clients; documents requested; date of retrieval and which documents have not been returned for filing yet.
• Logical x Physical-Analytical File - cross - references to logical generated files and physical received files, by type of document.
• Logical x Physical-Simplified Filing - cross-references to logical generated files and physical received files, by client.
• Service Request by period - checks the following information:
