Service Feedback is to enter the technician feedback about the allotted Complaint. Here, the Technician has to enter the Activity done, Component consumed, Technician Note and the Complaint Status. Service Feedback can be entered immediately once the Job Card entered.

The component, which is issued to the Technician, may not be fully consumed. It may return back to the go-down. To record the returned components from the technician PBS provides you the document called Component Issues Return

All functionality of the Mobile Service is similar to Customer Job Card. But in Mobile Service the defective stock updation is not available as the physical stock maintenance is not available for out-door service.

But on saving the Dealer Job Card, it will generate different Customer Job Card for every single item selected in Dealer Job Card.
