The Question Wizard software is the authoring software that will allow you to program a series of questions relating to your meeting or event in a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.The results of the electronic voting can be instantly displayed for further discussion, and the data is saved into the relevant PowerPoint slide.The data can be amalgamated with data from other sessions, thus enabling larger sample sizes and session comparisons. The keypad integration is easily explained in the following process:Simply install QW8 software on your laptop or PC, connect the keypad base station to the PC, and you're ready to begin your interactive presentation.Create your slides, backgrounds and charts in PowerPoint, and QW8 will automatically make them interactive.Results are immediately shown in PowerPoint for all to see. Voting sessions can also be supplemented with animated video and sound clips.The flexibility of the software also makes room for on the fly or ad lib unplanned questions without having to exit the presentation.Powerful reporting and data outputAll results are stored in an Access database. Responses can be downloaded/exported immediately from the Access database into MS Word/Excel, providing access to instant data reports in a variety of formats during the meeting or post event.Where respondents have been identified (via smart-card technology), results can be printed out and used as proof of training or performance. It is also possible to copy the data directly from the database and paste into any application that supports delimited text format.Question Wizard can also be set up to export the raw data from each question or scoreboard into a text file.
