Warehouse Stock Management

This system is basically designed for ease of operations in the warehouse.
It should enable the user to easily identify the items placed in a location for the outgoing transactions or identify the locations where the items can be placed for the incoming transactions.
The outgoing transactions involve Invoice, Stock transfer out and supplier returns which is dealt with in the Returns From.
The incoming transactions involve MRV, Stock transfer in and Sales return which is dealt with in the Receipts Form.
Adjustments made in Orion can be reflected in this system through the Adjustments From. The system will show the user all the locations of items, which are to be adjusted. The user can increase or decrease the Quantity of items in the required locations to match the adjustments made in Orion.
Before starting with the transactions the existing items in the warehouse have to be entered by the user in their respective locations using the Quantity on Hand Form. Only after the Initial placement of items can the system be used for the other transactions.
The system provides the user with additional functionalities, for ease of use, like Item Transfer wherein the items can be transferred from 1 Location to another, 1 Location to a Depot, Depot to a Location or Depot to a Depot. In case of transfer from Location to Location both the Locations should have same items.
Swapping is another useful functionality wherein the user can swap items between 2 Locations consisting of any items. This functionality can be used to place fast moving items on the outer locations.
There is a useful utility showing the Graphical Representation of Locations in the different warehouses. This helps to identify the Vacant, Occupied or Partial Locations in the warehouse at one glance.
