SchedulerThe Scheduler is a general school and course planning software application for any kind of school. The fully automated module schedules courses, rooms, classes etc. The scheduler also determines teacher requests, course and room assignments. " Course, classroom and teacher records " Prepares Timetable Charts." Imports Pupil, Teacher, Class and Location info automatically from Bilsa School Manager. After Distribution, exports teaching sets to Bilsa School Manager." Prevents the number of course-hours assigned to a teacher from exceeding the limit on a daily/weekly basis. " Prevents the assignment of courses to a specific teacher on a specific time period." Prevents the assignment of a specific course before or after a fixed period. " Fixes a course on a specific period, so that it won't be affected by distribution. " Enables two teachers to attend to a specific course together. " Fixes a particular course for the specific classes on a given time. " Enables to join the courses of multiple classes for the same period(s). i.e.: join PE course of the classes 7A, 7B, 7C to be distributed on the same period(s)." Creates a schedule for every teacher with minimum gaps in between lessons." Places the lessons of the same branches at different times so that in case of illness of a teacher, his/her lessons will be covered by another colleague of the same branch." Prepares the list of the teachers who could fulfil the duties of a specific teacher who has been ill for a number of days and also prepares a temporary schedule." Prints out the schedule either on a A4 or A3 size.Prepares a schedule for special locations. i.e. for physics laboratory" Prints out schedules for all involved parties.
