The Product The "Ezee-Dex DISC" is a fully researched supplier information database referenced to over 62 000 South African companies, 200 000 products and services and 92 000 brand names. The database is continuously maintained by a dedicated in-house research team. This information is supplied to our clients every six months. The database contains some 160 000 contact names, 120 000 e-mail addresses, and 15 000 website addresses. Ease of Use Supported by MS Windows technology, the information can be accessed via multiple search options, namely: by company name, by product and service or by brand name. Reference notes can also be attached to each supplier for future use. Some suppliers have chosen to place their brochures on the "Ezee-Dex DISC". A hotline gives you direct access to the research department if you have queries.Supplier Brochure Some suppliers have chosen to place their brochures on the "Ezee-Dex DISC". These contain additional images and facts about the products and services.Ezee-Vendor My Ezee-Dex takes the "Ezee-Dex DISC" database of suppliers and provides the user with a customized solution incorporating his own suppliers and highlighting them in search results as preferred suppliers.Black Economic Empowerment Scorecards The system identifies black owned companies (50.1% minimum) and black empowered companies (25.1% minimum) as and when they are suppliers of the selected product, service or brand searched for. In addition, balanced BEE Scorecards are available on management and staff as well as company turnover.Request for Quote Functionality A Request for Quote (RFQ) can be sent simultaneously to multiple suppliers on the list.
