CORE COMPETENCY IN SOFTWARE PROCESS MANAGEMENT :: CCSPM - The importance of Software Engineering Process has been increasing in the IT industry to implement the standards to provide quality of services to the customer. As an effort to share the extensive knowledge acquired through wide experience in software engineering process and research and development in e-Learning technologies, C-DAC, Hyderabad and ICS have jointly initiated the CCSPM Course. In this course, "Software Development Methodologies" discusses about major development and quality assurance activities, which are the core of the software process. "Software Project Management" gives emphasis on efficient way of planning project activities, effort estimation and people management to achieve the targets of the project. The key focus of "Software Quality Management" of this course is how to develop the systems that help organizations to deliver quality products and services through quality system standards. ?
