Fistec Easy Cash software

Fistec Easy Cash? is a Add On to SAP FI for the simplification of the
Payment run and the selection of open account payable posts which can be
paid.

With the help of Fistec Easy Cash it is possible to select from an online proposal
list of amounts according to accounts payable and maturities.

By presetting of any amount will the system automatically arrange the due
posts as a proposal. These amounts can be manually released and/or
closed by traffic light function. That will simplify the selection and decision of
which post will be included in the following payments. The payment proposal
list provided in the standard SAP FI is not needed anymore. A preset
Amount of disposable Funds which is available for the payment run is supported.

By an integrated locking mechanism Fistec Easy Cash can prepare the
payment run in such way that it only needs to be authorized. All further actions
are done by Fistec Easy Cash.

You have the possibility with the traffic light system to release or stop due
payments and change in that way the proposed payment run.

Fistec Easy Cash supports list Reports in Excel or Word.
