software for paying and controling SMS ticket

We are actually offering the software which is used on cell phones (mobile phones). Through mobile phone, by writing  sms, you can get the parking ticket, buy a ticket for railway or you can even vote. By receiving sms back you can see if the parking or ticket is valued. On the other hand through software it can be seen if ticket is correct. For any further information I can show you on power point how the system works.

We would like to get to new markets and that's why we need business partners or potential buyers for software. Our software already operates in some cityis in Europe but we would like to expand it around the globe. We are not asking for financial help just business help which can be also as partnership.
