* Various system operation reports
WatchAll can generate more than 50 kinds of reports and the reports could be printed to high-speed printer connected to server and laser printer linked to PC. Also those reports could be processed
in MS Excel and thus various formats of printout are available.
Variety of log data are generated when server system is operating. But system manager can hardly use the log data without statistics, integration and report generation functions.
Log management module of WatchAll stores log data into a database and generates statistics data in date, month, quarter year, and year basis. The module manufactures log data in formats to let
system manager to use the data, displays data on integrated monitor and generates reports. The log management module executes automatic functions of data storage, report generation, data
compression and data backup so that waste of disk storage is prevented.
* Security Weakness Check and Recovery
Disadvantages of current security management systems is that system manager must recover system by manual process when the security management system checks and finds weak points of security. Thus
recovery level depends on system manager's knowledge and understanding on management tools. WatchAll solves those problems by checking security status of server system and recovering automatically
according to pre-established security policy.
Watchall Checks IP address and MAC address of terminal accessing to server and issues access authentication to prevent access by non-allowed users with stolen IP address. It can operate user authentication system by times, users, or terminals to maintain safe and smooth server security. With this system, only allowed users can send data through network and we can monitor data access and non-allowed process termination. The system adds up log information in database allowing trace of translations, executes periodic mandatory password change, and generates alarm message to integrated terminal in case of password change.
