The auto-dialer is a call redirecting device for LDTS operators. Once set up, it should operate smoothly for any predefined call condition. Our auto-dialers are widely accepted by LTDS operators and used in major markets like Turkey, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Latvia, and Romania. Compatible with EU Commissions Directive on Radio Telecommunication Terminal Equipments, these products are entitled for CE marking. These products are also approved by Turkish Telecommunication Authority whose requirements are similar to any EU member country. Our Management Centre Application enables the LDTS Operator to minimize technician presence at the customer site, easing the initial set up of the devices. The LM 4000 Management Centre Application is an open source solution easily customizable for further customer needs. Due to 5 different path support and large LCR activation table consisting of 16 digits x 250 lines, our auto-dialers can assure interconnection to 5 different Pops of the same or different LDTS operators, according to the predefined call prefixes. The LS 5000 auto-dialer is especially designed for locations with poor PSTN service quality. In such locations where PSTN voltage is lower than the standards for the LS4000 auto-dialer, or temporary variations are expected on the PSTN line, the LS 5000 will operate smoothly. The LS 5000 features an incorporated rechargeable battery as a power source, hence operates without being disrupted by low PSTN voltages. Some of the other features of the LS5000 auto-dialers are: " Caller ID recognitionThe auto-dialer can be automatically triggered to switch to programming mode when a call from the Management Centre is received. " Call HomeThe auto-dialer can be programmed to call the Management Centre periodically in order to receive eventual parameter updates and confirm its operation. " Remote programming with FSK protocol supportThe FSK protocol, 10 times faster than the conventional DTMF, will reduce the management cost. " Plug & PlayThis unique product ID feature will enable the LTDS operator to program the auto-dialers as they arrive at the customers premises, by calling the Management Centre. This way, the customers authentication information will be safeguarded and not shared with third parties. " Battery reversalThe polarity reversal feature enables to precisely detect the moment when the call starts. It is a must for a proper call accounting and billing at the customer side.
