Facilities Management System

DC-FMS is designed to assist users in monitoring their Facilities equipment or environment information. This information includes health and status of the equipment, room temperature, air humility, air-con speed or airflow and others. It will alert the user when an abnormal condition occurs. It also provides monthly reports to the users, such as alarms summary and usage summary of equipment. Example of such a usage summary report is the total Run-Time of all Air Conditional Units. The User can use this report to generate a Maintenance Service Report. This makes it more efficient and convenient for the User.
