nForce Order Management System (nOMS) Overview:The focus of this solution is to provide a cost effective alternative to the manual order management and inventory control processes in place today at our customer?site. The objective is to deliver a simplified solution that effectively replaces the series of paper based transaction logs and monthly summaries in Microsoft Excel.nMOS helps firms to receive, route and execute orders quickly, reliably and cost-effectively. Numerous dealers utilize nOMS because its flexible routing capabilities allow them to quickly respond to changing market conditions while continuously receiving and processing orders.Place Order:A web form is used by the site managers, or customers to create an Electronic Purchase Order Form. The completed Electronic Purchase Order Form is routed to a designated approver for review and approval. The system checks local inventory for part numbers and available stock that match the material request.Purchase Orders will be faxed to the appropriate vendor from within the system. Additionally, the Purchase Order can be printed for record keeping purposes.
