GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS All aluminum 6061-T6 or 6351-T6 mill finish, anodized, or as specified. Embedded aluminum painted 2 shop coats bitumastic after fabrication. All hardware stainless steel type 304 unless otherwise specified. Design Loads: up to 14.4kPa. Covers are custom fabricated to size required, with hinges typically on the 'long' side unless otherwise specified. Double covers can be hinged on the ends or the sides as required, with equal or unequal sized covers. All covers are shipped with hold open devices, opening assists and a slam lock with a removable key & plug. Accessories available include top mounted or recessed padlock hasps, hold down bolts, insulation, sealing gaskets, recessed lift handles, gas pressurized opening assists.
