Setup a 54Mbps wireless network, expand it using AirTies Mesh Technology, and include your wired devices in your wireless network.AirTies AP-400 is a multi-function wireless communication device that can be used as a 54Mbps Wireless Access Point, Repeater, Bridge, and a 4-Port Switch.You can connect the AP-400 to a wired ADSL Router to form your wireless local network and provide Internet access for all your wireless computers.When used as a Repeater, the AP-400 helps you expand your wireless network for which it uses AirTies Mesh Technology. AirTies Mesh Technology helps resolve problems such as weak or lost signal, and limited signal range that is commonly seen in multi-story or concrete buildings. To extend your wireless coverage area, it is sufficient to add additional AP-400 devices to your wireless network and set them to function in repeater mode. The AP-400, functioning in repeater mode, retransmits the signal at the points where the signal is weak and thus extends the coverage area. In this manner, the wireless coverage area can be extended to the maximum while maintaining signal strength through walls.In Bridge mode, you can connect devices without wireless capability but with an Ethernet interface (such as printers and desktop computers) to the 4 Ethernet ports of the AP-400 thus including them in your wireless network. This helps to eliminate the clutter and cost of cables around the office.
