CUSTOM EXTRUSION:

The sections have been tested by leading acoustic experts and sound engineering consultants. Some of our sections have been found to have a maximum absorption of 38%. The experts opine that if blended with fillers like glasswool, polyurethane etc. they will produce even better results. The sound insulation property is also superb and offers a high degree of sound reduction.

    Acoustic Property:

Has a very low thermal conductivity coefficient. In a test conducted by L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabod, the "K" value of some of our sections have been found as low os 0.054 Kcal/hrm'C against 0.T7 for plywood. Our polyurethane foamed PVC sections has a K-valueofO.015-0.016 Kcal/hrmt

    Thermal Conductivity:

Fully resistant to termite & fungol attack. In a test conducted by Forest Research Institute 8, College, Dehro Dun, prelominated particle board showed a weight loss of about 45% in contact with fungi over a period of three months. SINTEX sections showed virtually no loss.

    Termite & Fungal Resistance:

Self-extinguishing. Classified under first class construction material by Insurance companies.

Resistant to acids/alkalies.

0.8% ot 1 OOo C in 24 hours, thus virtually water and moisture proof.
