Flush Door

Flush doors are elegantly designed for  a  long time. These flush doors not only add aesthetics to your office or home but also lasts much longer than ordinary flush doors.  These  flush  doors  are  extensively  used  for  both  interior  and  exterior purpose.

These flush doors are made of selected hard wood which is uniformly dried to the required moisture  in  electronic thermic fluid Jet dryers , further tenderized in special  machines  to  make  it  stress  free.  Then  superior  quality liquid phenol formaldehyde  synthetic  resin  is  used to give long lasting 100% BWP bonding. Flush Doors then undergo permanent  type preservative treatment to make them termite and fungus resistant. In the end Flush doors are given a special treatment after the hot  press  to  relieve  it  from  external   stresses  developed  during  the  process  of pressing.
