- Mechanism: Galvanised tracking & hinge mechanism on pre greased roller bearings
- Balancing: Every door is weighed for precise balance. Single door on tension springs, double door on torsion springs
- Locking: Dual spring loaded lock catch & center lock where required
- Reinforcing: Steel top hat anti-sag sections inside (double size door only)
- Reinforcing: Zigzag steel construction inside bottom section (double size door only)
- Floor seal: Thick Rubber & aluminium combination fitted to base of door
- Finish: Sanded & oil treated - The exterior weather treated again on installation
