The lockers box cover is made of 2mm. thick M.S SHEET 3/4 bend on all the form sides.
wall's made 4" wide 1/8" thick M.S sheet all around with holes for shooting bolts.
Locking Box:
The outer 1/4" plate is reinforced with drill proof high carbon steel plates. Thickness of door slab is 2".
A composite of outer 1/4" and inner 1/8" thick M.S. sheet with fire proof material rich in asbestos. talc and alum crystals.
Main Shutter:
3" * 11" * 3 Channel fabricated form 1/4" thick MS Plate Duty braced with heavy duty hold fast tow in each jamb & one in top bottom.
Frame:
Siler Hammer.

Made of 2" * 2" * 1/4" angle iron with 2 1/2" long 1 1/2" steel shooting bolts fixed on the locking system is provided with tow extra heavy-duty brass-cum steel locks triple.
