7. Stainless steel door set in SUS 304 or SUS 316 finish are available for using in weathering condition;
6. Door core comprised of hardened honeycomb core to enhance the strength and provide a smooth flat surface for the door;
5. Door leaf 45mm thick, manufactured from layer of 1 mm galvaniazed steel sheeting, joined and inter-locked with honeycomb core to form a stable system against fire and smok;
4. Door frame manufactured from 1.2mm - 1.5mm galvanized steel, folded to form single or double rebate profile with pre-cut hinge / strike reinforcement plate for the door hardware support;
3. Fire Resistance up to 4 hrs integrity and 1 hr insulation
2. All steel doors are extensively tested under an accredited laboratory in compliance with fire testing standard of BS476: Part 22: 1987;
